This is a home we built last year that has the two car side load and single front. 

Third Car Garage Bay

The red shows where this third car garage bay would go.  It needs to be set back a little so that the dowdnstairs bedroom still has a window.  It will be 19-20' deep and 12' wide with 8' garage door.  Garage doors for the community are the simple white panel doors, I have priced similar doors rather than the carriage style doors we use in Holly Glen.  Better to match the neighbors! 

Note:  There is no access from this third car garage into the house, and the garage door would be the only way in/out.  If you would like to add a service door with 3x3 concrete pad and light, this will be $475.
